Every application starts with a farm visit in order to identify your farm’s critical resource concerns. You may already have ideas of what your farm needs, and we are happy to start there! We will work together to determine which Best Management Practices are applicable to your land based on its specific needs. Next, you may apply for cost-share assistance through our office and submit an application along with the required documentation. The SWCD will then review your application and provide a recommendation for approval. Once approved, we will guide you in implementing the selected Best Management Practices and monitor their effectiveness.
